Kata Oelschlägel, born in 1996 in Vienna, Austria, first initiated her engagement in public space through actions and performances while studying European Ethnology and Art History at the University of Vienna. The artist acquired her artistic education through self-guided learning andexchanges with fellow artists. Currently, Oelschlägel works and lives in Vienna.
